Help Best way to ctb living in Brazil

Probably has already been discussed and i'm sorry about it, but I really need the best way to ctb. I live in Brazil. Any easy methods? I don't want to feel pain ou despair at all, also hurting myself is not an option. Besides, any way of getting courage to do what I have to do? Thank you for now and i'm sorry for the broken english.

I don't live there but if you are looking to read about methods then there is the suicide resource complination on here, I don't really see suicide as being easy though, I wish it is easy to permanently escape from this existence. But anyway I hope you find what you search for, best wishes.
