Method Best OTC drug for a successful OD?

So my first attempt was with Lamictal (or however you spell it) and I took 90 of them fuckers and drank a ton of alcohol to kms. It would've worked had I not had texted a friend a short goodbye , while drunk. So I don't want to OD on the meds I have because I feel it will be suspicious or if I survive they'll take me off these meds which are the only things that work. Like if I survive another attempt then maybe I should stick it out and just accept that I can't be killed
But also even though they work I was dumb and started going to PHP (partial hospitalization program) and now I'm in 4000 USD of debt. So getting help wasn't even worth it because 4k is worth more than my life. Any ways I just want to know a good over the counter medication that'll get the job done and actually kill me. I'm not a chemical or sciences person so I don't really know what else to do.
