Help Best Method? I Have Limited Resources!

I very recently turned 19 and am still living with my parents, which is fine but it means I have very limited access and resources to things i'd need ( to top that, my parents are very strict and there is no difference in privileges to when i was 14, I hate it.) . First of all, I was planning to overdose on Paracetamol which I KNOW I shouldn't do because it's dragged out and there's basically no way it'll kill me, I was desperate, I have no other options.

Hanging has been attempted before, with a belt a few years ago, there was nowhere to hang it but the top of my shower that holds the sliding door and i tried hanging with full body weight to test it. Although it's drilled into the wall, it feels flimsy, and i'm quite light. The belt, of course, unbuckled and I fell right onto my right shoulder (ouch).

No access to guns in this country, no access to SN and my parents open my mail (weird) so it'd totally be found. I am also kind of broke. I really need a way to go, peacefully if possible. Any help would be appreciated. (I'd also really not like to end up with permanent damage)

I also need a way to painlessly cease existing and always suffer so much from how that is denied, it's so dreadful to me how there isn't the option to just simply cease existing in peace with no more pain and no more suffering, I hope you find peace, I wish you the best.
