I am a 25+ malaysian. whats the best way to kill oneself with the least pain, sure way and ease of access?

I am thinking taking sleeping pills and painkillers then jump off the absolute top of a high apartment

unfortunately i have no idea which pills works best

thats why i am here in search of it

hopefully the search function gets accessible for me soon

i really want to die asap hopefully before november
