Best gun for tiny girl?

There are too many options. I know a shot gun or rifle are most lethal but im 5'0 and I really dont think those will work. I want a hand gun. I want to be able to practice at a shooting range so I can get used to it because otherwise I am low key kind of scared of guns and wont be able to do it. What gun is deadly, easy to handle, easy to find and buy, and that I could use at a range?

I wouldn't go for a .22 as ofc, like any gun, it's lethal, but the very tiny bullet size may increase the fail chance.

Large calibers like 44, 500, or even 357, 12 (shotgun) are ofc safe but overkill and many recoil.

380 or 9mm seem perfect compromise imo.

Ofc I don't encourage, and even strongly discourage, to anyone to do this It's just informative

And if you wonder how a woman know so much about guns, my father was a shooter, hunter and gun enthusiast so I learned this since I'm a child, even if I personally don't own any gun and wouldn't chose this method.

I was previously interested in the EB method but I worry about doing it correctly and trying to fight the survival instincts with that one. A gun is easier, more fool proof and faster. Im only scared because ive never handled one.

I watched many videos on how to use guns. I'm a bit dyspraxic and not very good with mechanically complex things, so I was planning on getting a revolver since they're the most straightforward to use. I wonder if you'd feel more comfortable with one of these too?

I'm probably no longer able to buy a gun for a while after being in the hospital, so sadly never got to experience buying and shooting one :/

Thanks for sharing your knowledge! I know nothing of guns. Straightforward is best! Are there certain revolvers that are very lethal but lower kick back? Or is the kick back indicative of bullet size and therefore lethality?

As I explained, kick back is related to bullet size, so you should go for a compromise with not too much kick back but still good power : 380 or 9mm are good compromise I believe now I also don't want to give too much information here , my goal isn't to teach ppl how to ctb by gun. Again, I strongly advise against doing it.
