Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Some of you have seen my previous posts these last few months (and have been so supportive). Those of you who have know what I have been through this year. The main events are my mother figure passed away, and my dad had a stroke shortly after.

Well now my best friend got a lot dropped in his lap all in one day.

His dad test results came in, he has cancer. He is likely to just refuse treatment. His dad also said if he had cancer he is taking the mom on a private vacation.

Well the same day his mom fell in the store breaking her knee, and hitting her head. Now she cannot go on vacation, and is awaiting surgery while denied any pain medication. There will be no final trip.

When his dad eventually passes he is also likely going to lose the land both mobile homes are on due to messy paperwork the government messed up.

His parents are not young, and will not easily recover. His mother will not likely live long if his dad passes away either due to complicated circumstances. He has told me quite seriously that when they are both gone he will likely kill himself. I have known him for 16 years, and he hardly reacts to anything. This is a serious, and legitimate concern as he never says anything like that lightly.

After he lost his dog last year, I saw him almost throw his entire life away, he gave up on even taking care of himself, stopped working, eating, everything. This lasted quite a while, and the only thing he loves more than her, is me, and his parents at the top. He had never cried before losing her, and he had never mourned a death. He has no coping mechanisms.

I will be the most likely person to find the body if he goes through with this in the near future. I will also likely forgo all prior methods considered, and grab my shotgun without hesitation if this occurs.

This is really sad story and it's so awful what's going going on there. It's natural that on average our parents pass before we do and we should have the abilities to deal with that and we need proper support of friends, remaining family and relations.

When his dad eventually passes he is also likely going to lose the land both mobile homes are on due to messy paperwork the government messed up.
I see this as his biggest problem if his home got lost due to his parents's death he will also lose the main anchor in his life - whatever the reasons are - this issue has to be fixed so he won't lose is main anchor. Also, you are a main anchor for him in the worst case.

Both of you need each other and you need each other more than ever long before the worst case scenario is going to happen.

I wish you all the best and I hope you find the strength you need đź«‚
