Help Best CTB method while living with parents?

This has probably been asked a million times but what are the best method(s) to CTB for those living at home with their parents? There's a decent chance that they would open one of my packages, I would have to make the package arrive during the middle of the day. Also one of my parents has a work schedule where they can come home randomly at any time in the day. I haven't looked much into it but it seems SN requires some sort of fasting? They would definitely notice that because I eat dinner with them every day. I have a car that I can use to run away if need be.

Probably best to rent a cheap hotel room for one night when you CTB. I dont know your relationship with your parents, but them finding your body will probably damage them on some way

What if I'm not confident in my ability to commit? I'm gonna end up renting a hotel a bunch of times and chickening out.
