I have a lot of panic attacks and it's stuff like shaking non-stop and feeling sick and even passing out. This is kind of the reason why I failed some past attempts...
Does anyone know any strong medications which will like stop making me scared and sort of emotionless? I don't wanna feel anything so I could do everything I want to do without any troublesss

Benzos but they only work well for a little while until you build up a tolerance and the withdrawals are hell. But short term it's the most potent for anxiety

I presume you mean OTC but I'll add that sertraline is a really good prescription one.
OTC as in I don't need prescription?
Because I can get any medication I need because my dad knows doctors in other countries that are willing to send medication over without prescription so yh

Benzos are anxiety destroyers, but there is also a high chance of you getting addicted to them. I suggest cold showers, OMAD, extreme cardio and CBD (loveweed.eu if you live in EU has some seriously good stuff for cheap prices). Try these things out, you will be surprised how effective something as simple as a 30 sec - 1 min cold shower can be...

Feel free to ignore this, but I will prescribe a medication that is not something you really ingest:
- Exercise. With a regular schedule 5 days a week.

Even if your body/mind is resisting, just go to the gym and do some intense workout. That beats all anxiety and mood disorders you might have in your life.
Sadly, I found out about this very very late, after all the damage had been done, but I hope in your case it helps make a big difference.

That would depend on what causes your anxiety, unfortunately (can be anything from a brain tumour to hyperthyroidism, to addiction, to work stress).

Been looking into this recently as my anxiety has sky rocketed in recent months. Have been on diazepam and zopiclone for anxiety and lack of sleep. I also found that mirtazapine helped me to focus intensely, only downside was the huge appetite it caused and weight gain so quit for that reason. All these drugs have an affect on gaba levels in the brain so I thought I'd give a gaba supplement a go, along with B6 which improves it's bioavailability Can't hurt. Might be worth looking into gaba and B6 supplementation. Beats leaving your brain completely addled on meds which long term can cause dementia amongst other neurodegenerative issues. Good luck. Being angst ridden is a bastard.

I hesitate to recommend alcohol, because of all the downsides that can come with it. But if we are talking about panic attacks that are only occasional, and that happen when you don't have other responsibilities (such as being at work or needing to drive), having a stiff drink when one starts would make you relax a bit and might help. Just take care that you don't become dependent on it.

Yep! Doctors have been using it to treat mental health issues ranging all the way from anxiety to schizophrenia. Research into it a bit more so you do it properly...

Edit: Actually... fuck the research you will just overwhelm yourself. Go give it shot for a few weeks or a month and see if you feel any better.

There isn't a best one. It's dependent on your of anxiety and depression you've got. Definitely work with a psychiatrist. The side affects aren't pleasant. It takes a mix of experience and knowledge.
