benzo prescription

i want to use a benzodiazepine to ease with possible ctb but i don't know what specific thing i should tell the doctor to be most likely to be prescribed one? google only tells me that people get them prescribed for anxiety and insomnia but i want to increase my chances. any help is greatly appreciated!

Once I straight up did not sleep for 4 months and doctor did not prescribe me anything. Maybe I wasn't expressing it right but anyway I hate it here

Many doctors now focus on more holistic methods which don't work at all for me. Fortunately my doctor prescribes Temazepam which is not only good for sleep but for reduced anxiety before falling asleep.

nooo you wanna be careful to not sound drug-seeking in any way, don't even call them benzos or name a specific pill. just go in with a list of specific symptoms and examples that you made up in advance.

They are not completely necessary, but highly recommended. I guess you can go to a private psychiatrist if the normal doctor fails.

Tell him that you have a lot of anxiety, that you get overwhelmed with everyday tasks like going out, talking to people you know and don't know. Just thinking about the few things you have to do in the day makes you feel bad.

You misunderstood me, benzos don't make you throw up. SN does it. That's why AE and benzo are highly recommended.
