Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

i want to use a benzodiazepine to ease with possible ctb but i don't know what specific thing i should tell the doctor to be most likely to be prescribed one? google only tells me that people get them prescribed for anxiety and insomnia but i want to increase my chances. any help is greatly appreciated!
Many doctors now focus on more holistic methods which don't work at all for me. Fortunately my doctor prescribes Temazepam which is not only good for sleep but for reduced anxiety before falling asleep.
nooo you wanna be careful to not sound drug-seeking in any way, don't even call them benzos or name a specific pill. just go in with a list of specific symptoms and examples that you made up in advance.

They are not completely necessary, but highly recommended. I guess you can go to a private psychiatrist if the normal doctor fails.
Tell him that you have a lot of anxiety, that you get overwhelmed with everyday tasks like going out, talking to people you know and don't know. Just thinking about the few things you have to do in the day makes you feel bad.
generally they prescribe them for symptoms like anxiety but benzos can be used to treat a ton of conditions, ocd and epilepsy just to name a couple. frustratingly, it's getting harder and harder to them prescribed, at least long term. many doctors think they have a lot of addictive potential and they have very serious withdrawal symptoms if daily use is suddenly stopped.

You will probably vomit, even with a great ability to avoid it. When you start taking benzos you feel very sleepy and peaceful, but you start to develop a tolerance and those symptoms go away, but they do help with anxiety.
That's what happens when you stop any psychiatric medication suddenly. You have to reduce the dose little by little, it took me more than 2 months to stop the antidepressants, but everything went well.

Don't apologize, google translator should apologize! lol
I understand, benzos are used to calm you down and prevent you from panicking and thus calling for help. They are not as necessary as the ae, which will prevent the poison from being expelled. Good music and mentality can help you with the initial panic, after the time of nausea, everything will be to sleep and wait.
