Method Benzo alternatives for SN protocol

I'm sorry .. this must have been asked before a lot ..but I'm helpless
I just can't get benzos I've asked my psychiatrist and told him I have panic attacks he prescribed me something else.
What is a good protocol that doesn't require benzos? Or what are benzo alternatives that can be used? Is ibuprofen only okay?

Every prescription benzo is available on the DN, plus all the RC-type derivatives. Just make sure you're buying real, prescription products from very reputable vendors. Don't buy anything that says "pressed" or "does not contain ..." A vendor won't talk about what their product doesn't contain if it's the real deal. And stick with Dark Matter market.

from my experience, chamomile buds work well. just crush them, mix with water (not hot water since it can destroy active compounds) and drink. for me, 30g + water feels like 5mg diazepam, so not bad at all. the strain is important though, i think its roaman chamomile. there are many other herbs that work well and can be bought otc, just dont boil. toss with water

Also, look into ketamine therapy. It's on the rise, it's legal, and shrinks seem to be into it.

There are websites you can buy from online. Be careful of scams though.

Ketamine is a great high but nothing like benzo's. With ketamine all fear dissolves and you could probably jump off a cliff, except when you're that high, you can't move.

Sounds like fun, sort of, but I was referring to therapeutic Ketamine. It supposedly doesn't get you high. But it does come in a nasal spray, which is fun.

Oh, you're looking for a benzo to go with the SN. I get it now.

You can get any benzo you want on the DN. It's not hard to do, and it's way safer than people think. Look at my other posts. I say a lot about it.

I did IV ketamine therapeutically for major depression. I did not help. 4K down the drain but I was high as fuck for 45 minutes, could not speak or move.

IV Ketamine is not FDA approved in the US, so I paid out of pocket as I was desperate. Spavato, the Ketamine nasal spray is FDA approved for depression and covered by insurance.

Strictly speaking, benzos aren't required for the SN protocol. They are there to ease anxiety and speed the loss of consciousness. They don't do anything to increase lethality, I believe, just your comfort. I think generally, over-the-counter sedatives are not likely to do the job, but I'm not sure they are necessarily not worth trying. What you don't want to do is use alcohol as a sedative as it will increase risk of vomiting.
