Help belt & bag???

apologies if this is dumb as I am quite new to this. this will be my 8th attempt I think and in the past it's all been overdoses that I just threw up soon after. i was thinking suffocating with a bag would be a good idea and possibly tying a belt around the base of the bag so it's airtight and possibly also hanging while doing it. The problem is I don't have any high places to fully hang myself. Is there a way I can hang myself half suspended or even fully flat. what should I do??? I'm too poor to afford SN to ctb and overdose sounds painful and scary. Can anyone help a new member?

Half-suspended hanging is a possibility, however, it requires a lot of practice and takes time to find the right spots. The hanging mega thread should have information about partial hanging.
