Venting been sick all day

Little rant, i've been puking all day and it absolutely sucks. It was so bad for like 7 hours that I couldn't leave my bathroom, or even had the energy to stand up. Literally all i could do was hazily hold myself up or lean on my toilet bowl and like I'm still feeling like this. Don't need advice, any food or meds immediately end up in the toilet, but I'm just so frustrated with a decent day gone to waste. Thats it, thanks.

That must be really horrible what you go through, it's certainly cruel how people have to suffer like that. But anyway best wishes.
