Help Bedsheet Rope?

I'm thinking partial hanging. I don't have a proper rope, so this is the best I can do. It's pretty thin, but I think it could hold my weight even when torn. I tried looking for tutorials on how to make one on YouTube, but I couldn't find anything. Maybe they knew people would get too many bright ideas. Tips and pointers will be appreciated. I'm desperate to kick the bucket. Life's too much of a hassle.

Bedsheets are pretty thin and they get easily torn. I'm basing it on the psych ward where they don't let you take your bra or shoe laces but bed sheets are common and everyone has it. But that's not an opinion I'd rely on.
