I watched a video on you tube of a legal "death with dignity" in Switzerland. Appears what the person drinks is a large amount of crushed up barbiturates. The woman fell asleep, respirations slow down until you just stop breathing. So wouldn't this be a peaceful option if you can get your hands on some barbiturates?

yes..... good luck finding any though, as they unfortunately are hardly used anymore.
