i had been getting help, thats why i havent been on really since my overdose.
however now i feel back to being suicidal even though i have a loving girlfriend now. I still cant get over her because of my BPD and i feel so paranoid and lost thinking all my friends will leave me like my ex did.
I had gotten s/a'd on friday which led to my relapse self harming, drinking, and substance abuse.
I feel back at square 1
