Venting Back on meds and feeling depressed

Hi all, first time posting here, so if I'm doing anything wrong or out of the common courtesy feel free to let me know

Anyways, over the past week I ran out of one of my meds because my doctor is actually braindead and sent me the wrong amount, and I only realized when I was close to running out, so I ended up having to only take a fourth of a dose for a few days and then none at all for a few days.

I finally got a refill yesterday and have had a couple of full doses and now I'm in that weird point where when you go on anti depressants you get super depressed for a few days and it sucks. I feel worse than when I didn't have my meds, I feel back to where I was last month when I was having a new year's induced depressive episode (which I might still be in tbh lmao).

I hate my doctor, I hate my clinic. I feel like shit. And even though my like only friend knows this they still could make some time to hang out for like even a little bit because they wanted to hang out with someone else that's new and shiny and way more interesting than hanging around me, which is super cool.

A lot of doctors take the approach of "Hey, let's try this and see how it goes" and then try something else if that doesn't work. You might try taking lessons for something like cooking, tennis, swimming, or group activity that can allow a social connection around a task so that the social part is not as intense and see if that can open up some social opportunities. Experimentation can be useful.
