back on this site, was feeling great the last week, started a skin care routine, got new clothes, tried cleaning up my room, everything was going fine until today, had an exam and it was really hard, now i feel like ctbing again lol, honestly i feel like im nearly at breaking point all the time such that 1 tiny event can ruin everything

Too bad you're feeling down again. Same thing for me, ups and downs constantly.

Exams are the worst though. Most of my nightmares are regarding exams.I'm coming to the exam hall while everyone else has finished the exam and is leaving. Or I'm writing the exam without clothes and everyone is laughing at me.

yeah exams suck so bad especially when u actually studied and they were still hard
