• Hey Guest,

    We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

    Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    šŸ‘‰ View the ledger here

    Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

    If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

What does the Lingo Mean? I hear the words, "Styro" and "Beans" a lot. I know roughly what they mean, but I have never had someone sit me down and explain them? Is the Styro layer the Hypodermis? How do I tell how deep a cut is? Also, (personal question) why do *you* cut? Answers would be appreciated! oh, and shoutout to @fascia cuz I think they're cool :P

They refer to the layers of skin.

Bean = fat/hypodermis

Stryo = dermis

Generally, you can tell if you have hit the dermis layer since it will take a bit for the blood to start pooling and the area will have a whitish colour to it. You can tell if you have hit the bean if you start noticing these sorts of yellow bubbles/bumps.

I cut because when the pain builds up to exploding it's a relief, I put the pain on the outside where I can deal with it. Inside it's like a chainsaw cutting and gnashing its way through my heart and soul. It's temporary relief from hell.

😢 oh man. I feel so bad for people who resort to this. I don't know much about it. I'm pretty vain and don't like any kind of damage to my body.

(Except the big one, of course. I want to shut it off.)
