Method ativan + alcohol

yesterday i mixed alot of alchohol with 5mg of ativan (lorazepam) and all it did was make me very dizzy and black me out after some time, wishing it would do something more.
i woke up today still a little groggy i guess it all hasnt gotten out of my body yet. found out i wread wrong. i accidentally took 5mg instead of 25-50.

i have read multiple times that people have died from this, would it work? doesnt really seem painless as you arent even awake and cant feel anything

i might be horribly wrong and may have gotten lucky escaping a horrible death (that i would probably survive)

please help

this sounds like a very peaceful death????? doesnt sound like it will hurt at all
also u could just use xanax which is probably better than ativan

i do second this. me personally i've taken 5 mg on a empty stomach of about 5 days and laid out in a field for a while. the clouds above me were spinning and it was truely beautiful. i'd if it's painless or what but whatever i was feeling i wish i could again. recently lost my ativan and it's been hell without:(

Ativan is very safe. It has a ceiling effect after a certain dose which depends on tolerance you hit full saturation. For a novice could be 10 mg maybe.
Add alcohol which doesnt have the ceiling effect the combo can result of loss of consciousness. Probably puke all over yourself. Unlikely to kill you. Benzos just too safe. Xanax isnt better just works a bit faster. But shorter
