Doubtful on the Clinton front. While I think Bill Clinton is a piece of shit... he has power and money and has been able to have affairs with attractive women during his life. In the event that he is bi-sexual and fancies men as well... Trump wouldn't be his type. Trump is not handsome by any stretch, and since Clinton has his own money there would be nothing Trump could offer him.
By the same token... Unless Trump is into horses, I don't see why that would be a thing. Trump has proven that he can pay money to have sex with attractive women and has cheated on all of his wives with other attractive women... so Trump could absolutely have some scandals attached to him, but I doubt it would be blowing a horse.
