Someone succeeded using arts to rehabilitation ? Could describe please ? I am trying piano and painting arts but it is very hard

Maybe you would be better off asking about this in the recovery section, I think that if art made someone feel less suicidal then they wouldn't be in this section of the forum.

i play the piano and i like music/art in general but i'm extremely suicidal anyway

Maybe it suits some people, but being good at something doesn't necessarily bring happiness.

Using it for therapy can be useful, and using the mind for something creative can brighten up everyday life.

I would recommend reading "Artist's Way" by Julian Cameron if you want to learn more about becoming an artist and being creative.
