Our brains are hard wired to want sex. But its not as good as most people make it out to be. My girlfriend of 10 years (on and off for the last year) have slept together a few times recently. But in my case at least there is so much bullshit that goes along with it. If I dont perform well during, it causes a hellstorm of shit and leads to me getting kicked out of her house. I have always felt anxious about sex. But when you get into the situation where you get yelled at and told to sleep in the car because you would rather have a cuddle other than sex. It gets fucking weird.

I happen to frown upon anything north of 5'10. I do not like tall dudes and much prefer dudes my height (5'4) or only slightly taller. Most of the men in my family are short, and the vast majority of them are married with kids who are (as one would guess) also short. So, I think there has to be hope for the short dudes out there.

American. I'm just weird, apparently. Maybe it's because I'm bi and like feminine women, but I really don't enjoy a man towering over me like I'm a small child. Never really desired to feel "protected" by a man either.

I think confidence is the most important thing. I've seen so many couples where the guy is wildly less attractive, and it's usually because the guy is funny or confident. Looks are maybe half of it.

I think that people like you who are talking about the importance of confidence are just trying to find explanations to things they don't yet know about. Maybe the person is smart, good with money, good in bed, socially adept, talented at something, something something. Funny/confident by itself gets you past the point where you start a conversation. That's pretty much it. You have to have something more to give to arouse any serious interest.

This is based on my experiences, then again maybe i just have a bad luck and/or somehow unpleasant personality, not sure.

Haven't had penetration in nearly two years. I realized the only time I kind of like sex is in the beginning with someone new. Once the novelty wears off (I'm talking a few weeks) I'm back to preferring my own company so to speak. I think sex is more about validation for me. Like I think it's awesome somebody wants me in them. But once I'm validated, I'm all set with it. I have a pretty low sex drive in general, and years of SSRIs haven't helped.
