I don't think this thread has been created on here before.

Are you first born, middle born, last born or an only child?

Also 2 additional options:

- middle born, but you are first male/female to be born
- last born, but you are first male/female to be born

I wonder if there are more ctb's based on birth order. What do you think?

(To anyone who doesn't identify as male/female. Sorry, I couldn't include all the options as it would make the poll too overloaded.)

I'm the only child.
I wish I was never born. I'm happy my parents didn't have more kids, they'd be as fucked up as I am.

Second child, seven years apart. Pretty confident that I was an accident, which pisses me off. Use protection, people, or you might end up with an idiot like me who doesn't want to be here.

I am an only child, on the one hand I am happy because if I had more "normal" siblings that I would hate to compare myself with them, on the other hand I would have liked since being an only child I find myself very alone.

I do have a sibling and still feel very alone. I think it would only matter if you had a very close relationship with your family. I don't speak to her and we don't care what each other does.

First son, I have a little brother who is VERY tiring, he never listens, he do whatever he want without caring the huge stress he causes to me and it's very infuriating. He bothers me constantly, he doesn't care about my huge anxiety, he is a fuckong monster without emphaty.

How old is he? If he's a kid, you kind of have to expect that. He sounds like a kid the way you describe him. If he's not, then it sounds like he never grew up.

14 years.

Even if it's kid I just don't care: all the pain he makes me feel is here and done.

Eh, fourteen is old enough to have awareness for other people's boundaries. No excuses for him there.

Some people never grow up. I know people as annoying as him with 18 or more years. I have to deal with them all daily. My father is also extremely inmature: when he is angry he's very aggresive with us. When he feels better, he dedicates his time to trying to bother all the people in the house. I wonder how somebody like him could have couple and kids.

Really many brothers are like you with yours, but I do not know what it would be like to have a brother, maybe we were related, there are brothers who are like "best friends".

The whole differences in this topic which leads to discrimination or favoritism or any other implications. Parents are no saints and children got heavy impact by this. Being first and getting abuse or being last and nobody cares for example. This just shows how absurd is life and how these uncontrollable factors heavily affect our lives and maybe make big bruises. Not to mention how parents can make children hate each other or raise the level of competitiveness. I think many of the toxic stuff are implanted by parents and procreation even if not intended. Therefore, antinatalism

That's sad, some people knew (I've personally knew some) they are "accident" and got abused but its alright in the eyes of societies, families..etc
Then the fuckers say its ok and life is a gift

Oh man, that sucks. I imagine it was very hard for you living without her :notsure:
Ya I wonder how my life would be if she was alive sucks she died in a motorcycle accident because she wanted to stop her vacation to be with me. If she stayed on her trip she would probably be alive.

Last born, three brothers.. tbh almost all people I know who are a first-born child seem to be happy, self-confident, successful and socially accepted.. (no offense intended for those on here who are a first-born child)
