Are there any OTC medicines you can use to CTB? Maybe it's a stupid question as people wouldn't go out of the way to buy SN if there was

The OTC medications are OTC because they are relatively less harmful and harder to OD on.
That is a major part of the reason they are available without prescription.

I really wish there's the option to reliably overdose on easily accessible medication, such a thing would prevent so much suffering, I despise how suicide is purposely made so inaccessible.

If you have the right meds and drugs you can OD on them but OTC usually never works.
