  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Hi everyone
For a few days I've been completely emotionless, I feel empty and lost
I've never felt this way
I've always felt too much pain
Is this the moment when I can overcome the survival instinct? Since I don't feel anything at all?
Did the same thing happen to any of you?

I feel apathetic almost all day everyday, hence my current avatar as it reflects how I feel 24/7. I guess when you get so overloaded with emotions and things being on your mind constantly that the neurons in our brains just stop sending out the chemicals needed to feel anything due to being way overworked. I can't say for certain if the apathy is strong enough to overcome the survival instinct as I never attempted suicide, you might need to feel a great sense of depression and pain so immense that the survival instinct cannot measure up to stop you. Hopefully someone reading this can provide better answers though, as I'm just giving my two cents.

Yes, there comes a point when pain gives way to indifference. Sometimes it comes back, but not as strong as before.

The emptiness is... strange. As if it has a certain power, a certain freedom in it. The freedom of not having to worry.

My SI comes from leaving my girlfriend mainly, unless I'm jumping in which case SI is on a totally different level.
