Anything that can be considered accidental/medical?

So I'm looking for a method that's reliable, but clean. Preferrably something that can be considered part of a medical cause, or at least an accident. I don't want anyone to have to clean up a lot of blood. I just don't want to inconvenience anyone more than I have to for this.
