got it checked out by the doctor yet? a diagnosis is the first step. if it's chronic, meditation can help you accept the unavoidable pain and accompanying feelings of frustration and anger by learning to witness the impermanent waves come and go as the ever-present and peaceful awareness behind it all. going to the doc tomorrow for a diagnosis, fingers crossed it's nothing chronic by now, procrastinated going for a long time... good luck to you, hope you can heal and if not find benefit in witnessing meditation and allowing the pain to be as it is.

I don't walk because of my destroyed nerves and pains (I can do it a little bit, but it can make things worse...).

The only thing that helps is to be concentrated on other things I can do and, mostly, just don't think at all about it... Like 0 thoughts about it.

One thougt is enough to make me very sad and cry... because of all the things I lost....

Yes — nearly paralyzed now

Curious if you have any diagnosis — if you're able / wish to disclose ?

Now too far gone for me— Doctors dismissing it for 7+ years

Don't let them do that to you

I have had about five doctors try to sort it out. I can't accept the pain and immobility. I was a normal, mobile person just eight mos ago and now something has gone south fast. They think it's severe arthritis, disc degeneration, spinal stenosis...but I think it's something more, as none of their treatments or meds have done a thing in months. Next treatment is a nerve block and if that helps, oblation, wherein they burn the nerves. I'm almost thinking it might be MS, yet no mention of lesions, so....headscratcher. I sure identify with people who are severely restricted. It is quite depressing at times.

I'm so sorry to hear this. But your mind is like quicksilver, as is evident from your wordplay in games section.
