There are several people who have. I've read their posts before. Usually carbon monoxide attempts, where the charcoal wasn't enough,room was too big or not sealed properly,etc.. They usually get up with a severe headache, dizziness and nausea.

I refer to nitrogen, helium... The exit bag.

Das_Nichts did, but only because he fell over, hit a dresser, and dislodged the tubing from the Nitrogen Tank
