Overly pessimistic view of the world with some element of truth.

Nothing is fake but nothing is real. It is what you make it to be. We exist with a very limited perspective of how the world works. What is real to one person may not be real to another. What is real to a human may not be real to another animal. Reality is best thought of a collective agreement on what is. Most people think the sky is blue (even though some are colourblind or tetrachromatic) so the sky is blue. Is it actually blue? I guess it is but not to someone who can't see blue.

Reality is what you make it. You think love is fake? Then love is fake to you. Is it actually fake? Most people think it's real so it's subjectively real.

Your body and mind will adapt to your perceptions of reality even though those perceptions may not share a collective agreement with the rest of society.

So feel free to believe your better than everyone else because to you that is the truth. That is your reality.
