• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I think I'm sinking into depressive psychosis.
I'm on a high dose of Mirtazapine but they're just not working.
I don't know what the procedure is if you end up on antipsychotics. If it's a psychiatrist who puts you on them, or GP?
It's obviously a big step cos of the side effects.

Im not in the UK but I believe that in some cases a GP can prescribe the meds, but you'd have better odds with a psychiatrist.

If the meds don't seem to be working let whoever prescribed them know, it's important for them to be aware of how the meds work for you
