Anyone on here currently claiming Universal Credit?

Hey everyone… I am thinking of applying to Universal Credit… and hoping to connect with someone else you is currently claiming. More than anything, just wondered whether the experience of claiming has changes recently under the new government. A friend of mine recently told me that, in his experience at least, they are way more relaxed and chilled out then they used to be.

Anyone else out there who is claiming and up for chatting a bit about what your experience has been, and whether you're finding this to be true. Tbh, in my case it would be a bit of a god-send if it is true as am currently trying to navigate the world of benefits/work with some health difficulties and would find it really hard if I went in there and they put me under loads of pressure.

Would definitley be cool to actually connect with someone currently in the system though, if that proves to be possible.
