Anyone know someone that had success in partial hanging?

I only have partial hanging available as ctb option. Apart from Kate spade, Robin Williams and some inmates does anybody know someone personally who succeeded?

Saw some suicide videos with people sitting/partially lying down with a rope around their neck. It gave sufficient compression for death to happen.. I really don't know how they got past their SI though.. think they might have been drunk or high.. cause I definitely think it's impossible to do it when your sober.

I saw them too yes and read about the 25 times that people tried and failed I tried it too .. curious for real life and proofed situations.

Oh you tried but didn't lose consciousness? Apparently he used a special line to cut off circulation quickly according to one of the Reddit comments. I wonder what that was

A teacher that I had in high school that use that method successfully when he was in vacation in Southern Europe.
It seems to be also one popular method that's done by people for CTB
