Based on my health being reasonable, and still reasonably young, and you were to drop me off a bag with a few million US dollars inside (or more), then sure, I'll continue on lol. Will just be vacation everyday at that point. Luxury 5 star buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

I will just switch to different luxury hotels every single night as accommodation, with 5 star room service all day long. Have maids, drivers, chefs........ etc. Everything fully taken cared of for the rest of my life

Any non-emergency doctor related appointments, the doctor will come visit me at my place instead. I'm not going to them

I will become super picky of my coffee (for fun, lol). It MUST be a certain exact temperature, with the exact correct amount of sugar and cream, otherwise whoever prepared it will be in HUGE trouble, and become fired and blacklisted

I would still CTB even if I won the lottery because no amount of money can bring back the joy I once had. Money doesn't fix anything. It just makes you more of what you already are. A guy in Texas won $31 million in the lottery in 2021. Killed himself in 2023. A 26-year-old in New Zealand who was a millionaire by age 17, killed himself in 2021. Heck, a 78-year-old billionaire shot himself in the head and died last year at his fancy New York office. He wasn't sick, unhealthy or anything.

I know its cliche. But money cannot buy happiness. Everyone deserves enough money to eat, stay warm in winter, stay cool in summer, and have a comfy bed in a decent place without rats and bugs. Not even $100 million could keep me in this world, since this world would still be the same fucked up place.

Money doesn't bring happiness or fulfillment. It does however take away some factors which can bring make you distressed/depressed.

I'm not filthy rich but I am wealthy to the point where money is not a preventative factor in living the lifestyle I want to (and do) live. I'm incredibly fortunate in this regard.

Having money doesn't change my opinions regarding CTB. Having more wouldn't make a difference, having less may introduce problems which would make things worse.

There is comfort in knowing, upon my death, my wealth will go to a charitable cause which might remove some of those factors bringing others in need down who wouldn't otherwise be depressed if they had monetary assistance.

Studies have proven financial stress is are one of the main contributors to suicide. I would not be here if I had money. I simply wish for a home over my head, a garden and a dog. Instead I have nothing, just a big black bottomless pit of nothingness, yet others expect you to stop feeling sorry for yourself and give, give, give. How can you when you have nothing to give?

Of course I would. I can't buy anything that will make me feel interested in life or in any way feel better. What's the point of money if after a certain point it's just digits on your bank account.

It would certainly slow me down, since I'd then have to set up investments that could continue to financially support my mother long after I'm physically gone.

But at that point I can only imagine it helping me along. Instead of an oven bag of compressed gas over my head I could afford to properly displace the oxygen in an entire room with liquid gas. Instead of the basic depressants/anxiolytics available to me, I could fall asleep in that room with drugs stronger than a hospice could offer.

I can't imagine making it for very long with options like that. Might buy me a year of anonymously philanthropic stunts, I could selfishly enjoy being a positive rascal for awhile.

Money would buy me proper treatment, help prevent health deterioration, improve quality of life and allow me pick a place to live in peace.

I can see many situations where people would not be any happier. Some things can't be fixed with money.

What does it matter? The reality is that my brain is broken and no amount of anything could make it ok. Happiness is more valuable than anything monetary. Frankly this world is obsessed with empty material possessions. Having enough is enough. More is never necessary
Yeah somewhat same for me

I want to feel usefull and that the bad luck and the monkeys that put me in this situation disappear from my head. That would be the best thing.
I don't ask for money or free love, i want my fucking mind back.

I'm not 100% sure but if I could live in a small house somewhere in a forest without any worries, then I'd be more than content with continuing living for a little longer. No responsibilities, only nature's beauty. That's the goal right there.
