I wish that were me, but I'm competing with several cousins and aunts with opiate addictions, a far-right near nazi uncle, and the fact that most of the parents in my family are abusive to their kids (often physically in my mom's time to the point kids got thrown across rooms by their parents in rage fits) but that despite knowing that all of the parents in the family treat their kids horribly we all kind of ignore it. I mostly wish I were the one my family wouldn't talk about so that I wouldn't feel so powerless around them, and so they'd stop being overbearing about my personal life and my body.

I've ALWAYS been the black sheep. 6 close members of my family I have no relationship with at all but do you know what? FUCK THEM.. They're all more mentally ill than I am, they just don't see it. They're racist, homophobic, petty minded, snobbish, unkind, and my half brother is literally the guy you see in restaurants snapping his fingers to get the waiter's attention..
I know for a fact they talk about me when they get together. Knowing I'll never have to see or have anything to do with any of them again makes it better.

Yeah never having to deal with scum again sounds wonderful. Sad thing is I knew a lot of good people in my teen years but since becoming an adult, I can't find any.
