I have committed some crimes. To stop me committing any more is a primary reason I want to CTB. (I feel out of control).

Sure, jail would stop me committing them too. But thus far, my crimes are not bad enough to get me to jail. i.e. I would not go to jail at this point if I went to the police and confessed. they'd just send me for counselling.

Yes, I am getting professional help! But it hasn't helped. (I have been candid with them and my family about my fear I will commit criminal acts).

I wish there was some place people like me could go live to protect others. But hey, people who have committed crimes are rarely kept in jail for life (at least in my country anyway).

PS Random: there is no death penalty in my country.

Have you asked your victims for forgiveness ? That might help. I believe in redemption when it's sincere. It's a good thing if you're getting professional help. I hope you will stop these crimes (and I hope it's not against kids). If you fear about committing other crimes, you could maybe ask to be put in psych ward or a place like this ? Or taking strong drugs that kicks you ? Idk.

I've gotten professional help and it didn't help. I've been in a pysch ward for 2 weeks and it didn't help.

This crime is unforgiveable. (Note: It is NOT sexual abuse). I will not ask the victim for forgiveness.

You could still apologize if you haven't. Even if they cannot accept the apology or you believe they cannot, it could help. At the least it would be the right thing.
I hope you find peace whether in life or in death.

It doesn't help to think about how easily someone could commit unforgivable crimes against you, if life should… sooner or later… render you completely helpless? Because life can do that, and it does that to people every day, as you had better become aware. No matter how much physical strength you may have now, you could have an accident leaving you completely paralyzed & completely dependent on others & completely at the mercy of others tomorrow. It doesn't help to think about someone committing unforgivable crimes against someone you love, if you are capable of loving anyone? Really???

Thanks.

I think giving a false apology is worse than not giving one at all. If I was trully sorry, I wouldn't do it and I wouldn't do it

again half an hour later.

The kid is not going to fall for it.
Sorry. I don't quite follow what you are saying.

I am currently wholly dependent on someone else financially and in a lot of other ways albeit not physically .... it's not stopping me committing these crimes.

Nope, I don't buy it. You even seem a bit proud that you can still commit your crimes despite your unwillingness/inability to be independent. This is duping delight. You do not want to CTB to protect anyone, you do not want to CTB.

Ok fair enough. That's your view. Personally I wish I was dead.

You are capable of abusing those who support you who you claim to love.
You are capable of committing crimes that you feel no remorse for.
You are capable of whatever you set your mind to.

The biggest crime in this world is having children. As long as you didn't do that, you shouldn't have a guilt conscience.

No, they do not actually care. These are just crocodile tears…
"A colloquial term used to describe a false, insincere display of emotion… The phrase derives from an ancient belief that crocodiles shed tears while consuming their prey".

my situation was kind of the other way round, i committed crimes because i couldnt ctb. i was angry, but it was low level stuff and no one else suffered, but it became part of my everyday life, it became normal. yeah, got stopped again, got arrested again, got court again etc etc. and whilst at first i complied with police and courts and probation, i got frustrated by the help i didnt seem to be able to get, probably because it was low level stuff. but it got so frequent, and escalated in some ways (stopped attending probation, didnt turn up for court etc), that i did end up in prison 🤮...i often miss the "i-dont-care" mindset of that time, but there was also a lot of confrontation and frustration that resulted from that, which made things worse.
