Anyone else unable to see chat feature?

I can't see the green chat feature at the top of the page. I also got an alert for a chat and when I click on it it goes to a blank page. Is anyone else unable to see it? Can any mods or admin help me?

It appears for me, when I click on the green chat feature the chat page shows up, so I don't think it's a problem with the site itself. But anyway I hope you find a way to solve this issue, good luck.

I tried restarting my phone and it won't work. I also tried it on my second phone and it won't work there either.

I'm on a laptop and it's good for me.

I can see the green baloon always with 1 alert for private conversation but nothing I haven't read or response to. Also I joined a group that has invite feature but I can't find it anymore for the last few days ... kinda strange I have no idea
