Anyone else seeing the 3 spoons of salt trend on tiktok?

Its a trend where they say "it only takes 3 tablespoons of salt" in quotes with some sad music. Basically implying you can CTB with only 3 tablespoons of salt. Has anyone seen this? How do y'all think that way would go? It sounds like a very awful death

People don't know much about intentional deaths and what really is lethal and it's the medias doing. Any ways there is only one other salt that piqued my interest.
