For sure, I can relate. It's not pleasant and I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I try to sleep as much as possible to escape. Or throw myself into work. I hate the boredom and isolation. I want to escape, permanently, but until then I have to make do
Suicide no. How miserable my life is absolutely. Drained oh yeah. Bed ridden. Depends do I stay in bed as long as possible in the hopes I can sleep more to waste time. Oh yeah. I've been so beaten down and destroyed and just broken by the world. I just don't have much left.Similar threads
