Don't Cry for Me, I'm Already Dead

Over the last month ive begun to notice a steady decline in my physical health and I didn't think it would come so soon (im only 20).
Sadly, I think my 10 year rugby career in my adolescent years is catching up with me, or at the very least, has been a significant contributing factor to the state im in at the moment.
I suppose I shouldn't be complaining too much, it's mainly just annoying niggles and aching pains that last a couple of hours at a time, however it does scare me what's in store for me in the future. I've found that it's mainly areas that I injured/hurt during my playing days that give me the most strife. Some mornings I wake up with these weird cramps in one of my right groin/thigh/calf region, which doesn't go away for a solid 30 minutes, I get aching pains in my ankles and knees from time to time which isn't helped by how far I have to walk to get to and from work each day, i've always had lower back issues ever since my teen years but it has been more common as of late, but the worst pain would have to be in my right wrist which I broke really badly about 6 years back, when I get the pain, it's so bad that I can't rotate my wrist and I can feel it further up my forearm and near my elbow.
I wonder how the CTE heads who've played contact sports their entirely lives at the professional level can even stand on their own two feet without assistance, I'm assuming that they're drugged out of their minds most of the time to numb the pain.
It's bad enough living with chronic depression and all the other shit in my life, now my health is slowly deteriorating. I could only imagine how bad i'm going to be if I live until im elderly, hell, even if I live into middle age I don't think ill be able to live with the pain.
Anyone else facing the same problems?
