I've been a silent watcher for a while..

I'm very much considering a propanolol overdose. I have stored 4 months worth of medication, 40mg per tablet.

I'm a 16 stone woman. I have approx 400 tablets, I would appreciate any and all advice on this.

I've spent a long time considering things. I don't have the guts to do a high jump, personally I feel I am too heavy for a noose, either that or I wouldn't be able to make a secure enough knot, I don't have access to weapons or any other means right now.

Desperately looking for guidance, please.

Propanolol overdose is one of the worst ways to go. It will give you a slow and painful prolonged heart attack.
