Do you consider finns as scandinavian? Well, ethnically I am not finnish, I got mixed ethnicity (background) but I do live in Finland.

i guess geographically they're not but i've always mentioned finland when talking about scandinavian countries, not everyone agrees up i consider them scandinavian
