Any reason to be concerned ordering SN

It is legal in the US and can be ordered online, but obviously not anonymously.

Is there any concern one should have over ordering it?

Also, is there an easy way to legally acquire antiemetics? I'm no sleuth infosec person and dealing with the dark web is very confusing for me. Would I have to see a GP and say I have nausea and vomiting? What if they prescribe something else, and I have to request meto by name, arousing suspicion?

It is legal in the U.S. The only concern you may have is if you don't live alone. If a roommate or family may find it before you, there may be ???'s
At least that is all I can think of. Maybe wherever you order it from having record of it.
