• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It looks like I should have SN soon but unfortunately I can't access meto, domperidone, or zofran. I do, however, have access to the following potential anti-emetics.
  • A dopamine blocker: risperidone. This is a prescribed medication, and it's on the list of dopamine blockers on Stan's guide to SN. It's in the same drug class as quetiapine which others have used as an AE.
  • 6-shogaol: anti-emetic supplement that works somewhat like zofran. I believe a user named Uninstall used it as an antiemetic
  • OTC anti-emetics (meclizine, dramamine): better than nothing, and I think one user used these together successfully
  • Cannabis: Legal in my state for 21+, and there are some THC vapes that don't leave an odor. I know that some chemo patients use it for nausea
Could those items together be used as my anti-emetic, given that I can't access the conventional ones? Or should I not even bother?
