Any methods of self-harm that doesn’t scar?

I wondering if anyone knew any methods of sh that doesn't leave scars. I already got in a lot of trouble for scars on my arm so I don't want a repeat of arguments and the fake concerns. I hate any attention and I just want a place to release my pain.

i don't think i can think of too many, perhaps bruisings are a better alternative, im unsure if that'll work for you though.
