Any issues with this CTB method?

I've found a method I have very easy access to (paracetamol overdose). I'm just wondering if there are any major issues with this method? Is it painful? How many paracetamol pills do I need to overdose? Does the price of pills affect the quality, like if I just buy a bunch of cheap pills from Coles (aussie store) would i need to take a bigger amount of pills?

I really like the idea of this method, as if worst comes to worst and I decide to back out and just can't do it, I'm always able to force myself to throw up or just not take the pills at all and it won't be suspicious if I have lots of excess paracetamol (since I get headaches and migraines often lol).

you'd have to take a LOT of them to die, swallowing that many pills must be so uncomfortable and if you survive your throat would hurt for a long time. besides that, you can end up with liver failure and other long-term health issues, that may kill you in the end, but i bet isn't pleasant journey.
the sucess rate is really low with overdose due to pills, it's very likely that attempting that would only cause you more pain. i'd say to reconsider and choose another method.

Fatal overdose to paracetamol involves damages to various organs but most notably liver failure. It can take up to 2 weeks to CTB due to liver failure, and those 2 weeks will be incredibly agonizing. I can't recommend overdosing on paracetamol or any similar kind of painkiller.

Please don't do it. As the others said, this is an incredibly painful and torturous way to go. There are other, more peaceful methods here.

I tried that once, popped 4 pills of paracetamol but tapped out when I got to know it could cause long term health issues. yehh but I didn't face any side effects at the moment or after that

Paracetamol is well known not to be recommended for a successful ctb. There is a reason as to why it's not included in the suicide resource compilation on here. The fact is that there is simply nothing easily accessible to reliably OD on, anything over the counter is not recommended to reliably succeed in ctb.

If there were easily accessible things to overdose on, then I doubt that this forum would exist and there wouldn't be all these endless threads on here about suicide methods, and anyway we exist in such an anti suicide society that would restrict anything OTC if it was able to be used to reliably ctb. The fact is that with suicide there are just no easy answers to finding ways successfully and reliably leave this world, if suicide was easy I would be long gone at this point. It's very unfortunate how suicide is this difficult but it's just the reality.
