I am thinking of the zip tie method but, idk how long it takes, how small get it, nor how painful it is. I do know that I won't be able to go back when I start and that is something that I need. I tent to chicken out if it hurts or if I take pills it never works and I deemed myself immortal at this point bc my only method was pill. I don't know where the mega thread for the zip tie method is so hopefully someone can point me into that direction.

I don't think there's a specific Megathread for zip ties, not that I'm aware, anyway.

I think you can back-out of a zip ties attempt, if you would choose to do so.

For this method do u just tighten them around the neck or are they supposed to go a certain way around the neck?

A thin cloth will help with pinching of the skin but I have heavy SI so I'd probably have to do it a bit slower
