Help any form of OD that actually works?

I've read that OD has a very low success rate, is there any drug or combination of them that's an exception to this?
Where I live it's very easy to get ahold of drugs, both prescription and illegal.

Where do you live?

Fentanyl or nitazene are the easiest

If not combination of strong opioid + benzo anti anxiety pills + benzo sleeping pills + z drugs sleeping pills
