You can place something between the ligature and where the carorids are located, so that more of the pressure is focused on them. Idk about any blood "trapping".

Cornhole bags. Maybe large erasers if you get them positioned right. How is the ligature being tightened?

thank you! honeslty unsure where to buy those bags, i'll doublecheck the dollarstores nearby. ive tried doubleheaded knot, but also the way that the original post/video tightens it, but i never reach the point where a reef knot would help.
