trying to do lig strang, cant find sweet spot. i dont care about the head exploding feeling anymore, can i die even if i do it wrong and just end up trapping the blood in my head?

You can place something between the ligature and where the carorids are located, so that more of the pressure is focused on them. Idk about any blood "trapping".

thank you! honeslty unsure where to buy those bags, i'll doublecheck the dollarstores nearby. ive tried doubleheaded knot, but also the way that the original post/video tightens it, but i never reach the point where a reef knot would help.
