Help Anxiolytics in Russia

I've known about SaSu for a long time, and I've known about the SN method for a long time, but I've only just decided to sign up. A few months ago, I tried to quit, but the stress made me relapse immediately. I suspect this happened because I didn't have benzodiazepines or similar medications, and I want to fix that.

I have the opportunity to see a neurologist, since my problems are mostly neurological in nature. Do you know if it's actually possible to get benzos or something similar from a neurologist in Russia? Can you explain how the whole system works for dispensing medications that are on the state registry? Unfortunately, I don't understand any of this at all.

Unrelated to Russia, and until someone else posts/to bump this Q up, in the US, you get benzos, if you have panic attacks. Perhaps your neurological problems, are worrying you so much that you are now starting to have panic attacks. Or, some shaking or muscle contractions or convulsions, can be helped with benzos? Fwiw
